Around 1:00am Uk time the messages stop working, as in you flipping can't send a message to ANYONE! and you ask how this is unfair? ITS 8:00pm in my time ZONE! So i have to wait till 11-12am to even reply to a message! and the hardest part is, I CANT GLICH NONE FRIENDS INTO MY MOVIES! So When you can find the time please contact msp about this problem :) Ty x

Deleteso here's a trick so that you can still chat w/out chatting during the block. You know how you have your status update? Well you can use that and talk and the other person can do the same. Also, what US server? I had to use the UK one even though Hawaii is a state.

ReplyDeleteOf you are still having this chat problems just do the following. Go to the store and click invite friends if they accept an chat box will appear and you will be able to chat. I've done this 100000000x and it works perfectly. Hope I helped, brookie ! From Spain msp :)

-Have the ability to send wishes/see other peoples wishlist from mobile
-Bring the maximum gift limit up
-Unblock words that are perfectly fine to use, for an example, the word "come" is blocked.
-Have the ability to change clothing in artbooks on mobile
-Give an actual reason to lock a user.
-Reduce the waiting time for non-vip's to send out autographs.
-Remove the "Daily chat limit".
-Bring rare week more often.
-Have the ability to send gifts/wishes at least at level 5.
That was all the things they should change in my opinion. If they added those, I think that they'd lose less users. It's ridiculous how not only they have that "Daily chat limit" thing, they lock you for no absolute reason whatsoever, I've been locked up to a week and Moviestarplanet didn't give me a reason. I think I'd rather know what I did wrong either than playing a guessing-game questioning myself for hmm.... Let's see, a whole two days. Moviestarplanet has to understand that they aren't our parents. If your trying to seem like we, Moviestarplanet users are at school, give us a darn break, now would you? I hope that this doesn't continue on the UK server. But luckily, I have two accounts on the Canadian server and it doesn't seem to happen at all. Congratulations on doing SOMETHING right.

ReplyDeletehello. I am part of the uk group for MSP. I have recently moved from the uk to america, but decided to keep playing on the uk server because that is where my friends are. Because of the time zone change, i have noticed something that i have never noticed before which is the "chat limit" I believe it starts at 12 am and ends at 5 am, correct? well anyways this rule causes a problem for me because i'm restricted to only a few hours to play the game because of the time zones. I've reached out to others and they agree that this rule is unethical. I know that the biggest age group for this game is 6-10 year olds (I think) and that they shouldn't be awake at those times but i don't believe that you should be the one to enforce that. many of the older players (11-17) don't have the same sleep schedule and this rule puts them in a difficult spot where they must chat on guest books where everything is public.
I also have found out that this rule doesn't apply to the american servers, one of your biggest servers. I don't think that is fair for the other countries. If it works for america then it can work for the uk and all servers.
Please understand that this is a complaint that many users have and rules like this cause the owners to be perceived as unjust people. I really suggest you either shorten the chat block time or just abolish it completely
this is all i can do and it frustrates me that we are completely ignore when it comes to complaints. the msp crew are really limiting the players voice int the game which i think is unjust

ReplyDeleteI agree. It's incredibly unfair that there's chat-ban. It's restricting users from growing friendships, and it's annoying! Yes,lot's of people are probably sleeping at this time, but then again, there are so so many people who aren't. Like you said Princess, there are different times in different areas so I agree with you- MSP are forgetting not all of us get to chat at 7:00 ect, whereas others do (does this make sense? lol). Do MSP not understand that this has been an issue for so long, and we've had enough? I guess not, but I hope they fix this problem soon.
